Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the watch in its original presentation box, ensuring all protective films, tags, and manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
